Jägerhof beer originates from the first Bavarian brewery in Plovdiv - Jägerhof, which opens on May 25, 2013. It is unfiltered and unpasteurized live beer, produced according to proven Bavarian recipes, according to the Reinheitsgebot - Beer Purity Act of 1516. Only water, malt, hops and ma can be used for beer production. Jägerhof beer is brewed with some of the best Caspary brewing systems, named after a 225-year tradition.
What is live beer?
Craft beer is fresh, unstabilized beer. It is prepared according to the usual technology without performing the processes of filtration and pasteurization. Thus, the brewer's yeast (brewer's yeast), responsible for fermentation and other production processes, is kept alive. Live beer is cloudy, due to the presence of mechanical impurities - fine particles of malt meal, brewer's yeast and hops.
